Poor quality paid thumbshots 

 I have a paid account for thumbshots and when I use larger size images the quality is very poor. The image looks like the free size image was just stretched out. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

Hi Steve, can you please open a support ticket from your paid account under My Account > Support ticket for faster answer? We can doublecheck your code for you . Please provide your URL.
