I use a wordpress plugin that displays Thumbshots on my website (http://www.corridorvoices.com/media)

Most of the thumbshot show up great. But, there are two sites that have not been updated and it's been nearly a week. I tried to go to Products > Thumbshots Images > Update Thumbshots but I get a message that the site can not be updated.

What can I do? The sites that are having problems are: http://www.longbeachsundaymarket.com/ and http://www.signaltribunenewsaper.com/
