How quickly requests to update are fulfilled

I've requested once each day for the past 3 days to have a thumbnail image refreshed. It hasn't occurred yet. How long is reasonable for me to expect the new image to be added?

Here is the site I am trying to have updated: www.cirrusmktg.com

Hi Alice,

with your Premium plan, the thumbshots update is refresh usually within 1 hours time. Your request for cirrusmktg.com was requested at 9:28 am EST and our server updated it at 9:35am. To refresh the thumbnail, you will probably need to clear your cache before refreshing the browser.

Also going forward, any support request you may have, please use our SUPPORT TICKET as you will get a Much faster reply since you are a premium client. It's under > My Account > Support Tickets.
