Thumbnail Caching

Hi Stephen & Justin,

I'm subscribed to your premium service and have two questions

1) Roughly how long is the wait between the 'thumbnail coming soon' image and the actual thumbnail meant to be?
I have some thumbnails that do not seem to be appearing after 30 minutes.

2) If I retrieve a thumbnail, do I get 'charged' for a hit each time that page is retrieved by a user? If so, can you recommend anyway of caching the image to avoid this (PHP)?

Hi Justin,

Usually within a few minutes for new Thumbshots. If you got an image stuck, feel free to use the Update Thumbshots form and if it's still stuck, please open a support ticket.

For caching opportunity, can you please login to your account and open a support ticket? We'll need to have sales look into your subscribed plan and see if it's something that's available for your account.
