Image URLs? 

Good day,

 Why do image URLs not create thumbnails?

Like this: images.thumbshots.com/image.aspx?cid=XXXXXXXXX&v=1&w=186&url=http%3A%2F%2Ftribulant.com%2Fimg%2Fshowcases%2Fblackorange.png

Hi Antonie,

It seems you're specifying an image in the URL (notice it ends with .png). If you specify a URL to a normal web site (not to an image), does it not generate?

If it still doesn't generate for a normal web site, can you open a support ticket under My Account > Support tickets so we can verify your integration code for your premium account as well as your account stading?  Please include the URL where you placed the code so we can verify.

Hi Antonie,
I just join thumbshots site and when i want to generate a free thumbnail for the website http://freshwaterplumbing.net.au/ , the site says
1. get code
2. activate code
1. Get code-
You have to get code and then paste this code in your website or blog and replace link tag. The code is as below
<img src="http://open.thumbshots.org/image.aspx?url=[LINK]" border="1" />

2. Activating your code-
the nest step is activating your code. The activation code look like this
<a href="/" target="_blank" title="Thumbnails Screenshots by Thumbshots">Thumbnail Screenshots by Thumbshots</a>
You have to place the above code in the footer. If you do not do this, then thumbshots may stop working.

that's all you have to do in order to create thumbnails properly. Follow the above steps i mentioned.

404 - File or directory not found.

The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

In tools my login read info: update thumbshot you site - insert in site code...
My site - prestashop. Insert code in site/template/index.php

try going by navigation from the menu > Products > Thumbshots Images > Update Thumbshots

That should work!
