Is Thumbshots international?

I placed thumbshots on my German webside www.abtauchen.de about a week a go. Combined with the link "Thumbnails powered by Thumbshots" but it still showes me the Image coming soon message. Now I am wondering if I may can't use it on German domains?

The Thumbshots.org free account has a very slow update process, the paid account from Thumbshots.com has higher priority update and faster ..
