Premium account not creating subfolder shots? 

I have a premium subscription and the service is still only taking a screenshot of the root of the url even though I am trying to get shot of pages below the root in folders etc...

View image call at the site below. I am linking to the site the way we were told.

Please advise.

Hi Richard,

As a paying customer, can you please open a ticket under My Account > Support Ticket after you login to Thumbshots.com and specify your web URL so I can check your code.
