Extended text runs under Thumbshot

Standard html web page with text links.  I add the Thumbshots code and align=top before the link.  The Thumbshot appears with the text coming off the top right edge of the Thumbshot.  My problem is when the link description text breaks where it should at the edge of the frame, what remains of the text drops down under the Thumbshot instead of along side under the top line where it should appear.  Is there an easy way to make the text behave naturally with the various screen sizes viewers may come in with instead of just forcing it into a table box or something?

Re: Extended text runs under Thumbshot

Did you try align="left" instead ? That should work, if not you may need table to help you.

Re: Extended text runs under Thumbshot

align="left" moved the next Thumbshot up to the lower right corner of the Thumbshot I applied the align="left" to.  I want the page to look like Thumbshots.net  I've looked at the DMOZ source and Thumbshots.net source code for the same page with Thumbshots and there is a considerable difference in the source code for each link, in my opinion maybe beyond what a webmaster would want to hand code for every DMOZ page, so is there a way to get the Thumbshots.net look without that much work?

Re: Extended text runs under Thumbshot

Got what I was looking for by enclosing each Thumbshot and text link inside <P> and </P> and <BR> to break the text lines. Like this without the gaps ...

<P><img src= thumbshotcode align=left /><a href = " http : // www . domain . com ">Link Name</a><br> more text<BR>more text.</P>
<BR><BR>
<P><img etc. next thumbshot link . . .

Re: Extended text runs under Thumbshot

Fantastic! We are looking forward to come out with easier integration code using Javascript to populate them.
