Thumbnails have disappeared

Hi, I've got (or rather had) Thumbshots running here:

I'ts a Joomla site using Mosets tree for a directory.

Now it seems all my thumbs have disappeared. Could my account have been deactivated?

I've always had the attribution on every page.

Roger, I see the thumbshot appearing correctly. Do you have a software that may be accidentally filtering images (eg. Norton Internet Security, etc)?

I noticed the original post to this thread removed his Thumbnails. While implementing code to put thumbnails on a site, Thumbnails were intermittently appearing and disappearing.

As of right now I checked from California, New York and Florida and Thumbshots do not appear. I tried testing: http://open.thumbshots.org/image.pxf?url=http://news.bbc.co.uk in a browser and it works but the same code on this site does not.

Are these servers overloaded? I search and cannot find history of intermittent thumbshots. I thought I might have been banned but the text attribution was at the bottom of every page way before we started testing - Huhm?

Any help is appreciated. Here's the site with missing thumbshots - all code was confirmed working before thumbshots disappeared. -

Yes Thumbshots has been giving me error 404 while I setup code on a site. now putting the code browser gives 404 error and all Thumbshot images disappeared on site we working on. Thumbshot.com appears down intermittently. Any one else experiencing this?

All,

We found the problem and have fixed it. It has to do with one of the servers not responding correctly to the old code code in use. The new code has a .aspx extension instead of the old .pxf extension you're using. So on slight occassion when it hits that server, the thumbshots will not appear. We apologize for the inconvenience. Eventhough it's fixed, always update to the new code if and when you can. Thanks!
