I can't update 
Hello I can't update thumbshots in one of my websites. The one which is .org

I get this message:
Error: Cannot insert into queue when thumbshot does not exist.

Hi Nicolas

With your premium account you can log into the site and go to My Account > Thumbshots Images > Update Thumbshots

to update any thumbshots.
