We're doing some testing with the .org free service to see if this works for us before paying for anything.

I've noticed two thumbnails so far that the thumbnail is broken in comparision to actually looking at the page through the web browser:

Are you able to please tell me how the normal refresh cycle is determined? I am using thumbnails for perth.com.au, canberra.com.au, newcastle.com.au and darwin.com.au, all of which have been updated since the thumbnail was cached. There are also going to be new home pages for many other sites that I have thumbnails for.
