I have a premium plan, but occasionally the thumbshots wont show on my site.. I've submitted a couple of tickets but had no response.
They work fine some of the time, but sometimes just wont display an image. When they're not showing, copying the thumbshot url directly into the address bar shows that they still don't show there.
Then the service will just come back online?
