| Free Service shows 'coming soon' forever! |

I've had it on the website for some time, but still shows coming soon. I've searched this forum for similar questions but just about every one of them has the same answer.... pay for it.
I'd like a different answer if its possible please! website www.m2mcollections.com showing coming soon for a very long time. I recently checked each page and recopied the attribution code to ensure it worked, that was about three weeks ago, yet still nothing.
Can you please have a look and tell me why this isn't working, ie I have done something incorrectly???

Hi Nunya. Due in part that the Thumbshots is also a Free service and our bots will determine the popularity of the site before indexing . Indeed if you do want it to be indexed immediately we ask for a small payment to help provide for the Free service. Otherwise, I do ask for your patience. thanks

I understand your answer, particularly given it is repeated as pretty much the standard answer along with 'pay for it' when answering this question.
However...
What is the point of a free service that
A/ Doesn't work
B/ Takes several messages and weeks to get a response from you
C/ Is not free because it appears unless you pay you there is no service?
I believe everyone using or attempting to use this service would benefit from a more detailed explanation of 'being patient' in real terms, as well as exactly how your bots determine if and when the service is granted.
I have seen this question asked over and over, yet there is never any real answer, the information is not readily available either in your FAQ's or within your website.
Is there a free service at all?
If so, how does one actually use it?
Several months down the track, real information would be helpful. I am reluctant to pay as after reading through the forums I can't help but wondering if the so called free service is just a gimmick to get people in and then pay for the service. This has been compounded by the unanswered contact and general lack of any real answers to the same question.
Like anyone else, I am happy to pay for a service that delivers, however so far this experience is left somewhat wanting....
I know I'm not the only individual who has this same impression, it is on other forums all over the internet, this is a great opportunity for you to do some positive PR!
