I've signed up for free thumbnails, over a month ago and have nothing on my website www.addictionire.com.
How much longer do I wait?

Your code appears to be not replace the url= parameter with actual URL value. Here's one for example I picked up from your site:

http://open.thumbshots.org/image.aspx?url=[$site.url]

The [$site.url] should have been an actual URL without the square brackets.
