No thumbnail shots of my websites 
I purchased your premium plan.  Most of my websites have been created in the last three months.  None of them have thumbshots.  I thought having a premium package would give me a place to submit my pages for a thumbnail shot.  I tried to use the update function but I get the error message no thumbnailshots found to update.
